She was listed as one of the faces of fashion by Destination NSW for Mercedes Benz fashion week 2017.

Filomena has been lead makeup artists for fashion brands Christopher Esber, Matteau and Albus Lumen at Australian fashion week.

In 2023 Christopher Esber made his Paris fashion week Debut and Filomena was lead makeup artist for the show in Paris.
